Who you are agreeing with
Who operates bricknity: [OPERATOR — FOP details to be added] The company details page lists how to reach us. For anything about these terms, write to [email protected].
Plans and credit packs are bought through Paddle, our reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record: it is the seller named on your receipt and on your bank statement, and it handles the payment itself.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the operator is registered, and disputes go to the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also keep every protection the consumer law of the country you live in gives you, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
Your account
bricknity is for people aged 13 and over. Sign-up asks for your date of birth first. Under 13, no account is created and the details are not saved. From 13 to 17 the account is a teen account, with the protections described on For teens.
Creating an account asks for three separate answers, none of them ticked for you: agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy (required); that you understand bricknity uses automated processing to turn your photos, files and descriptions into 3D models (required); and whether you want product updates by email (optional).
You confirm your email address with a code we send you. Keep your password to yourself; Settings → Security shows where you are signed in and lets you sign out anywhere. We will never ask for your password.
We sometimes show different people different versions of a screen while we test which works better. A test changes only how something looks or where it sits — never what you pay, what your plan includes or what you may do. How we decide who sees which version is in the Privacy Policy.
Credits
- Starter credits: 100, once per person, when your email is confirmed. They never expire.
- Plan credits: Builder and Master Builder add credits every month, on annual billing too. Unused plan credits expire when the month's period ends.
- Purchased credits: packs can be bought on a paid plan only. They never expire.
A generator shows its price and your balance before and after, and credits are taken when the generation starts. If the price changes while the page is open, nothing starts and the new price is shown. Plan credits are spent first, then starter credits, then purchased ones.
A generation that fails, is refused, or is cancelled before work starts gives its credits back by itself, and a run that delivers only part of what you asked for gives back the part it did not deliver. The Refund Policy has the detail, including when bought credits can be refunded as money.
Credits and plans cannot be bought on a teen account.
When support steps in on generating
Our support team can stop a generation before it finishes. It ends as failed and is refunded as a failure is: in full, or, when part of it was already delivered, everything but that part. Support can also run a generation again on the same inputs, free of charge; that does not use up your plan's free retries. When support stops a generation, runs it again or gives back its credits, the generation's page says so and you get a notification. A pipeline run works the same way: when our support team stops it, the steps that finished stay paid, the steps that had not started come back, and a step that had already started keeps its price as its generator's rule says. Support can also give back what a finished pipeline run kept, once per run and within 90 days of it finishing; the run's page says so, and you get a notification.
Support can switch a generator off for a while — for example, when the service behind it is having problems. Its card on Create stays, marked as temporarily unavailable, and generations already running finish.
Generating can be paused as a moderation sanction after three confirmed breaches in 90 days — 7 days, or 30 for a repeat within a year — with a statement of reasons and an appeal on Account standing. Everything else keeps working. There can also be a limit on how many generations one account starts in any 24 hours, and support can set a different limit for one account. A generation that failed and was refunded in full, and one support ran again for free, do not count towards it; a pipeline counts all its steps when it is launched.
Whenever one of these stops a generation from starting, nothing is charged.
Plans and subscriptions
Beginner has no subscription: it is the one-time starter credits. The paid plans on offer today are Builder · 7,99 $ e Master Builder · 19,99 $ a month, in US dollars and before tax, each also offered yearly. Plans and Top up show the price for your country: Paddle, the seller, adds the tax that applies where you live and may charge in your own currency, and the total on the checkout is the price of the purchase. What each plan includes is on Plans.
A subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancel in Settings → Billing: you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Until that date you can undo the cancellation. You can change the plan or how often you pay, one change at a time.
When prices change. We may change what a plan costs or includes, what a generation costs in credits, the starter credits or a credit pack — for example when what it costs us to run the service changes. A change that is worse for people already using bricknity — a generation costing more credits, or the free plan including less — is announced at least 30 days before it starts, in a notification and by email to your verified address, and you can cancel a subscription before it starts. A subscription keeps the price it was bought at, its monthly credits and what it includes for as long as you keep it; a new price or a new version of a plan is for subscriptions started from its date, and changing your plan or how often you pay moves you to that choice's price at the time. Nothing already paid for changes: credits you hold stay yours, a period already paid for is not charged again, and a generation costs what it showed before it started. Some countries have their own price in their own currency; the price that applies is the one for the country you buy from, shown at the checkout. If a change we announced is called off, you are told that too. More in When prices change.
A change to the free plan never takes away starter credits you already have. If the law where you live gives you more notice or more rights over a change than this section does, the law applies.
What you make and upload
What you make here stays yours. Upload only photos, files and descriptions that you have the right to use, and do not upload or generate somebody else's design as your own.
What you upload and generate stays private until you publish it. When you publish a build, its finished model can be turned around by anyone who can see the build. The ordered steps, the parts list and the PDF are yours by default; you can choose, per build, to let anyone who is signed in open them for free. You can choose to show your description on a public build or keep it to yourself.
A published build can be public, unlisted or private. Keeping a published build private needs Builder or Master Builder; a teen account always publishes privately. Only you can export a build's .ldr file. Other people can download a build's 3D model file only if they are on Builder or Master Builder.
You can gather builds into collections — your own and other people's public ones — and make a collection public, unlisted or private, all for free; a teen account's collections are private. What you write on a collection and any cover picture you upload must be yours to use and follow the community guidelines. A collection never shows somebody else's build to a person who could not see that build anyway, and a creator who blocks you takes their builds out of your collections.
On an adult account you can upload a profile photo and a cover; a teen account cannot. Like anything you upload, they must be yours to use and follow the community guidelines. Anyone signed in can report one, and a report hides that picture at once while a person looks; the rest of your profile stays.
The permission you give us. So that we can run bricknity, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process and convert what you upload and generate — into models, pictures, steps, parts lists and files — and to show it to the people your settings allow. We may let the services that run bricknity for us, such as hosting and the AI services, do the same, only to do that work. We use this permission only to run and show the service, never to sell your work or to use it in advertising. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for the time the Privacy Policy states and for what other people already downloaded.
What other people make stays theirs. You may look at and turn around public builds, open steps a creator has made free, and use a model file you are allowed to download for your own, personal, non-commercial use. Anything more needs the creator's permission.
Results made with AI
Most generators use AI, and some send what you give them to external AI services, listed by name in the Privacy Policy. Every AI-generated build carries an AI-generated label that no plan removes. Results can be wrong, can look like other people's work, and are not guaranteed to be buildable. The AI terms explain all of this and form part of these terms.
The rules
Follow the Community guidelines. In short: publish what is yours to publish, do not ask a generator for a licensed franchise, do not target anyone, and do not post anything unsuitable for a 13+ audience.
Descriptions are checked before a generation starts and before credits are taken. A refused description costs nothing.
How we moderate
- Before anything is madeDescriptions are screened automatically before a generation starts, and the generator runs its own safety check on what it is about to make. A description refused before the start costs nothing; a refusal by the generator's own check fails the job, and a failed job is refunded in full.
- A signed-in person reports a buildThe build usually leaves public pages at once. This is automatic, and it is temporary. The creator sees it marked Hidden by moderation and gets a notification. The reporter is never named to them.
- A person reviews itHow long a hold lasts is set for each report reason, never more than 24 hours; when it lifts, the build becomes visible again and the case stays open until a person decides it. Reports about a minor, physical safety, adult content or a deepfake never lift by themselves. The decision names the rule it rests on: one of the community guidelines, content that is illegal, a breach of these terms, or misuse of reporting.
Reporting a person, rather than a build, opens a case and hides nothing. Reporting their profile photo or cover hides only that picture, the way a reported build is hidden.
A decision can unpublish a build or a collection (only its owner still sees it), remove it (its page says it was removed), or warn its owner. For serious or repeated breaches, an account can be restricted: it cannot publish publicly, does not appear in search or the feed, and cannot like, follow or report. It can still sign in, make things for itself, open its library, manage its plan and leave, and its subscription continues. An account can also be suspended: it cannot sign in, and its work leaves public pages. A ban is a suspension with no end, and the same email address cannot be used to open a new account for two years.
A restriction or a suspension lasts a set number of days or until it is lifted, and you are told when it ends. A suspension or a ban takes effect as soon as it is decided. Any sanction can be lifted early, and any decision reversed.
A suspension or a ban stops access to the account. A ban ends a subscription at the end of the period already paid for: it does not renew, and nothing is refunded automatically; if the ban is lifted while that period still runs, the plan carries on. A suspension does not change a subscription by itself — if your account is suspended and you pay for a plan, contact [email protected] and we can end it at the period end.
When one of your builds is hidden, and whenever a person decides about your work or your account, you are told why: what happened, the rule, whether it was applied automatically or decided by a person, until when, and any message from the person who decided. The explanation stays under Settings → Account standing, and you can appeal from there — once for each thing a decision did, within six months and while that part still applies. The whole decision, or only the part you appealed, can be reversed. A person reviews it again and usually answers within 3 working days. One of us reviews it and answers it alone — nothing waits for a second person. An appeal does not change a hold or its clock. If your account is suspended, we email you a private link to your Account standing page so you can still read the decision and appeal.
Appealing to us does not stop you taking a decision to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to a court.
If you live in the EU, you can also complain about how we handle content or decisions to the Digital Services Coordinator of your country. Our Digital Services Act page has the details.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, where you can also download your data first. At once, you are signed out on every device, your profile and builds are hidden from everyone, and your subscription is set to end with no further payment.
For 30 days you can sign in and press Restore my account to get everything back. After that, your builds, files and photos are erased and your remaining credits are forfeited. The Privacy Policy says what is kept.
We may also close an account when a teen's parent or guardian asks us to, when it belongs to someone under 13, when a court or an authority orders it, or when someone close tells us the person has died and we see proof of it. One of our owners checks such a request first. An account that belongs to someone under 13 is erased at once and cannot be restored. Any other account closed this way is erased after the same 30 days but cannot be restored from the account itself; if you think it is a mistake, write to [email protected].
Responsibility and liability
bricknity is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that a result will be accurate, original or buildable — the AI terms say why. We may change, pause or stop a feature, for example for maintenance or when a service behind it fails. When a generation fails because of that, its credits come back as the Refund Policy says. If we stop bricknity for good, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and unspent credits you bought are refunded.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not foresee, for losses to a business, or for what you or other people do with a result. Our total responsibility to you for anything about bricknity is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if that is more.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited — for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to digital content and services that are as described and fit for purpose.
Changes to these terms
Every version of these terms has a version number and the date it takes effect, shown at the top of this page, with a line saying what changed.
When we make a change that matters to you, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email to your verified address and in a notification. A change the law requires, or one needed to keep people safe, can take effect sooner. Small changes — a correction, a clearer sentence — take effect when they are published and are listed in the change log.
If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using bricknity and close your account before it takes effect; a subscription you cancel then ends at the end of the period already paid for. If you keep using bricknity after the date, the new terms apply to you.
Language
These terms are written in English, and the English text is the binding one. A translation is there to help you read it.

Cosa è cambiato
- 1.0 · 13 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Version 1.0, the first in force: governing law and courts, with your consumer rights at home kept; the permission you give us to run the service with your work, and what you may do with other people's; responsibility and its limits; how a change is announced and what you can do if you disagree; and where to complain in the EU.
- draft-17 · 12 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 17: we may also close an account when someone close tells us the person has died and we see proof of it; it is erased after the usual 30 days.
- draft-16 · 12 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 16: an account that belongs to someone under 13 is erased at once when we close it, rather than after the usual 30 days, and cannot be restored.
- draft-15 · 12 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 15: we may show different people different versions of a screen while we test which works better; a test never changes what you pay, what your plan includes or what you may do.
- draft-14 · 10 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 14: how prices change — a change worse for people already using bricknity is announced 30 days ahead by notification and email, a subscription keeps its price and what it includes for as long as it is kept, nothing already paid for changes, some countries have their own price; the plans are listed as they are on offer.
- draft-13 · 10 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 13: a pipeline run can be stopped by our support team too — the steps that finished stay paid, the ones that had not started come back, and a step that had already started keeps its price as its generator's rule says; support can also give back what a finished run kept, once per run, within the return window stated in the generating section.
- draft-12 · 9 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 12: pausing an account's generating is a moderation sanction — after three confirmed breaches in 90 days, 7 days or 30 for a repeat within a year, explained and appealable on Account standing; support no longer pauses it by hand.
- draft-11 · 9 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 11: what our support team can do about generating — stop a generation before it finishes, which is refunded as a failure is; run one again free of charge; switch a generator off for a while; generating can be paused as a moderation sanction after three confirmed breaches in 90 days — 7 days, or 30 for a repeat within a year — with a statement of reasons and an appeal on Account standing; and limit how many generations an account starts in 24 hours. Whenever one of these stops a generation from starting, nothing is charged.
- draft-10 · 9 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 10: we may also close an account at the request of a teen's parent or guardian, when it belongs to someone too young to have one, or on a court's or an authority's order. One of our owners checks such a request first, instead of two people; an account closed this way still cannot be restored from the account itself. And a suspension or a ban takes effect as soon as one of us decides it — no second person confirms it — and one of us reviews an appeal and answers it alone.
- draft-9 · 8 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 9: a ban now ends a subscription at the end of the period already paid for — it does not renew and nothing is refunded automatically; if the ban is lifted while that period still runs, the plan carries on. A suspension still leaves a subscription as it is; support can end it at the period end.
- draft-8 · 8 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 8: how we moderate — a hold lasts at most 24 hours, set per report reason; a person decides every case on a published rule and may unpublish, remove, warn, restrict, suspend or ban, for a set time or until lifted; a suspension or a ban needs a second person to confirm it; a ban also stops the same email address opening a new account for two years. Every decision is explained on Account standing and can be appealed there, about your account too. A suspension stops access but does not yet cancel a subscription by itself — contact support about yours.
- draft-7 · 7 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 7: we may also close an account at the request of a teen's parent or guardian, when it belongs to someone too young to have one, or on a court's or an authority's order — two people at bricknity check the request first, and an account closed this way cannot be restored from the account itself.
- draft-6 · 5 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 6: the external AI services some generators use are listed by name in the Privacy Policy.
- draft-5 · 3 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 5: profile photos and covers — an adult account can upload them, they must be yours to use and follow the community guidelines, and a report hides the picture at once while a person looks.
- draft-4 · 2 ottobre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 4: collections — what you write on a collection and the cover picture you upload are yours and follow the same rules as what you publish; a collection shows other people's builds only while they are public.
- draft-3 · 30 settembre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 3: prices are before tax and shown for your country — its currency and its tax — and the total on the checkout is the price.
- draft-2 · 30 settembre 2026 (UTC) — Draft 2: the operator is named in its own sentence, which says when its details will be published.
- draft-1 · 28 settembre 2026 (UTC) — First draft for counsel.
