What is different on your account

  • What you publish is private. Only you can see it. That is how the account is set up, not something you can pay to change.
  • Your collections are private and cannot have an uploaded cover picture.
  • You cannot upload a profile photo or a cover. You can use a frame from one of your own builds as your photo.
  • Your profile is not listed in search or on creator pages, and search engines are asked not to show it. It does not show follower or like counts.
  • Nothing can be bought. You have your 50 starter credits, and they never run out by date.
  • You are never counted by our visit analytics. The cookie question is not even asked on your account.
  • You cannot upload a photo of a person to make a figure. That is for adult accounts only. Create minifig, which works from a description, is open to you — and so is turning a minifig picture you made here into a 3D figure, because no photo of anyone is involved.

What you can do

Make builds, publish to your own account, save and like builds, follow creators, and report anything that breaks the rules.

Nobody can message you here

There are no private messages anywhere on bricknity, and no comments. If anyone asks you to talk somewhere else, you do not have to, and you can report or block them.

Your photos and what you type

Some generators send your photos or your words to an outside AI service to make the result — the Privacy Policy lists them by name. It gets the pictures and the words — never your name, your email or your birthday. Your birthday is only used to set up your account's protections, and nobody else can see it.

In Settings → Privacy you can choose how long your photos are kept, and whether your descriptions are shown.

If something is wrong

  1. Report it.Open the ⋯ menu on the build or the profile and choose Report. The person is never told who reported them. A report about someone under 18 is always looked at by a person before anything is shown again.
  2. Block them if you want to.Their work leaves your feeds and they cannot follow you. They are not told.
  3. Tell an adult you trust.
  4. For anything urgent, write to [email protected].We reply the same day. If someone is in danger right now, contact your local emergency services first.

If a parent asks us to close your account

A parent or guardian can ask us to close your account. One of our owners checks the request first. If we close it, you are signed out, your account is hidden, and you cannot restore it yourself — but until it is erased you can still sign in and download your data. If you think it is a mistake, write to [email protected].

When you turn 18

Your account becomes a standard account by itself. Builds you already published stay as they are until you change them.

If the date of birth on an account is wrong, write to support with proof of age. Only our team can correct it — never the account itself. When an adult account turns out to belong to a teen, its builds and collections become private, it can no longer buy, and a subscription runs to the end of its paid period without renewing.

The full rules

This page explains the parts that matter most to you. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Community guidelines are the full versions, and they apply to your account too.

You do not need a parent's agreement to have an account: we run your account because you asked for it, not on the strength of a consent. The only things that rely on your consent are extras, like Build Digest emails. Some countries say that below a certain age — up to 16 — a parent must agree to those; if that is you, ask a parent before you switch them on. Nothing on this page gives you less than the full versions do.

Qué ha cambiado

  • 1.0 · 13 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Version 1.0, the first in force: you do not need a parent's agreement to have an account; ask a parent before switching on extras if your country requires it.
  • draft-9 · 12 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 9: a wrong date of birth is corrected only by our team, with proof of age; an adult account found to be a teen's becomes private, stops buying, and keeps a subscription to the end of its paid period without renewal.
  • draft-8 · 8 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 8: a parent or guardian's request to close your account is now checked by one of our owners instead of two people. You still cannot restore such an account yourself, and until it is erased you can still sign in and download your data.
  • draft-7 · 7 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 7: a parent or guardian can ask us to close your account; two people at bricknity check the request first, and you can still sign in and download your data until it is erased.
  • draft-6 · 5 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 6: the outside AI services that make results from your photos and words are listed by name in the Privacy Policy.
  • draft-5 · 3 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 5: a teen account cannot upload a profile photo or a cover; it can use a frame from one of its own builds as its photo.
  • draft-4 · 2 de octubre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 4: a teen account's collections are private and cannot have an uploaded cover.
  • draft-3 · 30 de septiembre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 3: a minifig picture you made here can be turned into a 3D figure on a teen account; uploading a photo of a person stays closed.
  • draft-2 · 28 de septiembre de 2026 (UTC) — Draft 2: Minifig from a photo is not available on a teen account.
  • draft-1 · 28 de septiembre de 2026 (UTC) — First draft for counsel.
