For parents and guardians

What bricknity is
A place to make brick creations with AI: 3D models from photos of something your child built, brick models with building instructions, and brick-style pictures. Everything made with AI carries an AI-generated label. There are no private messages and no comments anywhere on the site.
Who can have an account
People aged 13 and over. Sign-up asks for a date of birth first. Under 13, no account is created and the details are not saved. The date of birth is used only to apply the right protections and is never shown to anyone.
How a teen account is protected
- Everything they publish is private to them. This cannot be changed on a teen account.
- Their profile is not listed in search or on creator pages, search engines are asked not to list it, and it shows no follower or like counts. Their builds show no likes, views or followers to anyone, and they are shown nobody else's.
- Nothing can be bought, so there is no subscription to cancel and no card to remove. They have 50 starter credits, once.
- They are never counted by our visit analytics, and are not asked the cookie question.
- Uploading a photo of a person to make a figure is not available on a teen account at all. A teen can turn a minifig picture they made here into a 3D figure — no photo of anyone is involved.
At 18 the account becomes a standard account by itself. For teens explains all of this to your child in their own words.
What bricknity does not have
There are no parental controls, no linked parent account and no way for a parent to see a teen's activity. We would rather say so than let the absence of a feature suggest one.
Photos and AI
Photos and descriptions for most generators are sent to an external AI service to make the result — the services are listed by name in the Privacy Policy. None of them receives your child's name, email address or date of birth, and each holds what it receives under its own terms. In Settings → Privacy the photos can be kept, cut down to a thumbnail, or deleted once the build is made. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Reporting and moderation
Anyone signed in can report a build or an account. A reported build is usually hidden straight away while a person reviews it. Most holds lift on their own within hours — at most 24 — unless a person decides first; reports about a minor, physical safety, adult content or a deepfake are never released without review. A report about a minor asks for no screenshot.
When a person decides about a teen's build or account, the teen is told why under Account standing and can appeal, like anyone else. The person deciding can see that the account is a teen's, so it is handled with care; age is never itself a reason for a decision. How we moderate explains the rest.
Asking us to close your child's account
If you are the parent or guardian of a teen with an account, or you believe a child under 13 has one, write to [email protected] with the handle or the email address the account uses. We check that the request describes that account and who you are to the child, and we may confirm it with you another way. One of our owners checks the request and decides it; nothing waits for a second person.
When we close it, the account is signed out everywhere and hidden at once, and erased after 30 days; it cannot be reopened from the account itself. We never send a copy of the account's data to anyone but the account's own email address.
Talking to us
| About | Write to | We reply |
|---|---|---|
| A safety concern | [email protected] | The same day |
| Your child's data, or a child under 13 with an account | [email protected] | Within 3 working days |
Tell us the handle if you know it. We will never ask for your child's password.
If what you send does not show clearly enough that you are the parent or guardian, we ask for more before we act — and we may decline when we cannot be sure, because closing the wrong person's account would hurt them. A teen's account belongs to the teen: you can ask us to close it and tell us about a safety concern, but a copy of its data or a change to it is something the teen asks for from the account. You do not need to agree to your teen's account for it to exist; see For teens.

- draft-8 · 9 жовтня 2026 р. (UTC) — Draft 8: a request to close your child's account is now reviewed by one of our owners instead of two people; what we check, and that a copy of the account's data only ever goes to the account's own address, are unchanged.
