Safety, reporting & appeals

Reporting a build, disagreeing with a decision, copyright, and how to reach us.

  1. Report a buildSigned in, open the build's ⋯ menu, choose Report, pick a reason and press Send report; the build is hidden from public pages straight away while a person looks at it.
  2. Reporting and blockingReport a build or an account from its ⋯ menu — pick one of ten reasons, add a note if it helps, and press Send report. Block someone to take their work out of your feeds; they are not told.
  3. Appeal a moderation decisionOpen Settings → Account standing, press Appeal beside the decision and say why you think it is wrong. A person reviews it again and usually answers within 3 working days.
  4. Account standing: moderation decisions and what they meanSettings → Account standing lists every moderation decision about your builds, collections, pictures and account: what was done, which rule it rests on, how it was decided, until when, and any message from the person who decided. You appeal from there.
  5. Someone published my workWrite to [email protected] with the page address, what you hold and the basis for it; we reply within 2 working days.
  6. How to contact usWrite to the address that fits — support@, safety@, privacy@ or copyright@ bricknity.com — and a person reads it.
