How credits work
Credits pay for generations: you see the price and your balance before anything is spent, and a generation that fails costs nothing.

What things cost
| Generator | Credits |
|---|---|
| Capture 3D | 30 |
| Generate a 3D model | 30 |
| Generate a brick picture | 10 |
| Design a minifig | 15 |
| Voxelise | 10 (a regenerate of the same model: 5) |
| Generate a brick set (coming soon) | 20 beta, 30 standard |
A brick model includes its steps, its parts list and the PDF. There is no second charge for those.
Where credits come from
- Starter credits: 100, once, when your email is confirmed; they never expire.
- Plan credits: Builder and Master Builder add credits every month, including on annual billing; unused plan credits expire when the month's period ends.
- Purchased credits: packs on a paid plan; they never expire.
Which are spent first
Plan credits first, because they are the ones that expire. Then starter credits, then purchased ones.
Among purchased credits, any we gave you are spent first, then your packs, oldest first — so what you bought stays refundable for as long as possible.
When they are taken
When the generation starts, not when you open the screen. The screen shows “You have N now · M after this” before you press Generate. If the price changes while the page is open, nothing is started: the screen shows the new price and asks again.
When they come back
A generation that fails is refunded in full, on its own. One refused before it starts is never charged. One you cancel while it is still waiting is refunded in full. When a run delivers part of what you asked for, the part it did not deliver comes back. Your ledger shows the charge and the refund.
Money and closing your account
Credits are not money. Unspent credits you bought can be refunded within 14 days of buying them; spent credits are not. When an account is deleted, its credits are forfeited once the 30-day window ends.
