- My generation failedA failed generation costs nothing — its credits come back to your balance on their own, and your ledger shows both the charge and the refund.
- Where did my credits go?Settings → Credits lists every movement of your balance — each charge, refund, grant and expiry — with a link to the generation it belongs to.
- Print the instructions, and download the filesAnyone who can open a build's steps can print them as a PDF; only the owner can export the .ldr; and other people can download the model file only on a paid plan.
- Subscribe, change or cancel your planSubscribe from Plans, and change or cancel in Settings → Billing; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for and takes no further payment.
- Report a buildSigned in, open the build's ⋯ menu, choose Report, pick a reason and press Send report; the build is hidden from public pages straight away while a person looks at it.
