Reporting and blocking

Report a build or an account from its ⋯ menu — pick one of ten reasons, add a note if it helps, and press Send report. Block someone to take their work out of your feeds; they are not told.

Report a build or an account

  1. Open the ⋯ menu on the build, or on the person's profile or card, and choose Report.
  2. Pick the closest of ten reasons.
  3. Add anything that helps.A short note, and one screenshot of up to 10 MB if you have one. A report about a minor asks for no screenshot: we already have the build, and we never ask you to send an image of a child.
  4. Press Send report.Nothing is sent before that. You get a reference you can quote.

What happens after

A reported build usually leaves public pages straight away while a moderator looks. Most holds lift on their own within hours — at most 24 — unless a person decides first. Reports about a minor, physical safety, adult content or a deepfake never lift on a clock. A person reviews every report, including one whose hold has already lifted.

A report on a figure made from a photo of a person goes to the front of the queue, whatever reason you pick.

Reporting a person opens a case and hides nothing. One report is enough — a second one does not move it up the queue.

The person you reported is never told who reported them. A screenshot you attach is seen only by moderators and deleted after 90 days.

What you are told

When a person has decided, you get a notification saying either that we acted on your report or that we found no breach of our rules — and an email too. You can turn either of them off in Settings → Notifications. We do not say what we did: that is between us and the person reported.

Reports are for things that break the rules. If someone's reports are repeatedly unfounded, we can switch them to opening a case without hiding anything; reports about a minor or physical safety still hide at once.

Block someone

Blocking takes their builds and profile out of your feeds, search and the creators list, removes the follows between you, and stops them following you. They are not told.

When you block someone as part of a report, the follows go a day or two later, so the timing cannot point back to you.

Unblock anyone from the ⋯ menu on their profile, or from Settings › Blocked accounts.
