How bricknity works
You choose a generator on Create, it shows its price in credits before you spend anything, and what it makes stays private until you decide to publish it.
In this article6 sections
You choose what to make
Create lists the generators side by side. Three start from a description: Generate a 3D model, Generate a brick picture and Design a minifig. Three start from something you have: Capture 3D (photos of something you built), Turn a 3D model into bricks (a 3D model you already have) and Minifig from a photo (adult accounts). Generate a brick set is shown too, marked as coming soon.
Nothing guesses which generator you meant. You pick what to make first, then describe it or add your files, and each option shows what it makes and what it costs.
It runs in the background
Credits are taken when the generation starts. You can close the tab: the page updates itself, and the result waits in Your generations on Create. If you have turned it on in Settings → Notifications, your notifications also tell you when it finishes.
You look at it, then decide
The result page offers its next step first — Make it buildable on a 3D model, Make it 3D on a picture — then Publish, Regenerate and Export .ldr (brick models only). A build is deleted on its own screen in Create, with a few seconds to undo. Until you publish, the build is yours alone.
Publishing is two separate choices
Who can see the build, and who can open its instructions. The finished brick model can be seen and turned around by anyone who can see the build. The steps, the parts list and the PDF are a separate choice you make for each build: Only me, or Anyone with an account · free.
Several generators in one go
A pipeline chains generators, for example photos → 3D model → brick set, for one price and one launch.
Finding builds
The search field is at the top of every page — press / to jump to it. It looks through titles, tags, descriptions and creators’ names, in any word order, and forgives a small typo. Filters and sort work as they do in Discover.
Your recent searches are kept only in this browser, never on our servers, and you can remove each one. If nothing matches, you can take your words straight into a generator.
