Brick figure from a photo
Upload one photo of a person, confirm you have the right to use it, and get a 3D brick figure for 30 credits — from a photo, for adult accounts only. From a figure picture you made here, it is open to everyone and asks nothing.

The photo
One photo, JPG or PNG, up to 6 MB. One person, facing the camera, in even light, with their outfit in view: the outfit becomes the figure’s torso and legs. See photo tips.
The rights line
Before the photo is uploaded you confirm: I have the right to use this photo, and the person in it is me or agreed to be made into a figure. Generate stays off until you do. We record that you said it — when, in which wording, in which language and for which generation. The record holds no photo.
It is kept exactly as long as the figure: deleted when you discard the figure, when a generation ends without one, and when you close your account. It is included in your data export.
What you get
A 3D brick figure you can orbit, publish and share. It is a 3D model, not a brick set with instructions.
From your own figure picture
On a picture you made with Design a brick figure, Make it a 3D figure opens this generator with that picture already in place. Nothing is uploaded, so no rights line is asked, and it is open to every account, 13 to 17 included. Trying again uses the same picture.
A 3D figure is never turned into a brick set — in bricks it would come out as a lump — so it has no Make it buildable step.
Its card and the Discover filter say «Brick figure → 3D figure», not «Photo → Brick figure», because no photo was used. Like any other build, its delete can be undone for a few seconds.
What happens to the photo
The photo is sent to the AI service listed for this work. When the figure is made in two steps, the first service draws a picture of the figure from your photo — and may pass the photo to the company that made the model it runs — and the second builds the 3D figure from that picture alone. Our copies of the photo and of that picture are deleted shortly after the generation ends — finished, failed or cancelled — whatever your photo setting says. How long each service keeps what it received and what it made is set by its own privacy policy, linked from our Privacy Policy; we cannot delete anything on its behalf.
Trying again
Because the photo is gone once the generation ends, Try with a new photo asks for a new photo and a new rights line. It still counts as a retry of the same figure, so the free retries on your plan apply: 1 on Brick, 1 on Builder, 3 on Master Builder.
If it is refused or fails
The AI service checks the photo too. A refusal, like any failed generation, is refunded in full. Cancelling part-way follows the usual cancel rules.
Adult accounts only
It is not offered to accounts aged 13 to 17, or when we cannot confirm an account’s age. Design a brick figure, which works from a description, is open to everyone.
The one exception is a figure from your own figure picture — see above.
If a figure shows your face
Report the build and pick AI misuse or deepfake: the build is hidden at once and stays hidden until a person has reviewed it. Any report on a figure made from a photo goes to the front of the queue. Without an account, use the report form.
